Haypi is not returning me troops. They rejected to pay 270 coins i paid for and app on android crashed with "Force close". Support has no clue of even finding this or tallying what I submitted. Pure Imperial Fraud.

I cannot login, if i ever do immediately session times out, if not app force closes if not warehouse either shows all zeros or old values. Need to switch city after every war return or harvest to show troops in barracks else it show no troops. City level font is tiny to give eyesight issue after a month. city link in scout report does not work. opening silver box with 5 coins gives you 5k money worth of nugget all times almost which is fraud. 18% probability means 1 of each 5 tries in enhancing must have success but they screwed me for 660 coins with not one success. They need to go to Kindergarten.

Though game is addictive, i see huge bunch of people have desserted their cities due to Support and I do not see any owner of this app actively taking care.

It almost looks like they theft'ed the game code from someone has no clue how to handle it. Otherwise, after 5 updates in 10 days, you have more old issues popping up?

And now they are complaining on Customer that he is not giving truth?
Why can't they share from their server?

Support do respond it time but totally useless as what is the point of returning troops after 5 days when it only takes 3 days to rebuild which gives pp as well?
I lost troops due to session issue and rebuilt them with coins, and got hit with session issue along with connection issue and lost to empty and rebuilt with 1.5mil. money and now losing due to session+connection+Haypi_bankrupt_or_server_gone_to_cloud_or_Whatever. They must give back all troops, coins i lost in first rebuild and money spent for 2nd rebuild as all in just these 3-4 days.


I think some pissed off people with support are hitting them back which is not right but can not deny their frustration either if they are not even listened to but now everyone else are listening as well.

Different time frames and more than likely they are fixing the servers and prioritizing that instead of answering questions on the forum.

4 days of symptoms they denied now see Customer was True all along that their app+server have issues. If they trusted customer, they could have made things fixed on first day.
