Pretty fail trolling
Anyways, this is what we expect:
I play another game that has about half as many blackouts as haypi but it's game wide. They rewarded 50 gold, haypi equivalent 100, to those who had been active in the past three days. Tell me that isn't caring. They sent out a notification with a whole apology letter when you log in to the game. The developers were really nice- they contact you on the forums, play alongside you in the game (for this game, there would have been an all out war in 600 is what they did). This is exactly what we want and like from our game. If you screw up, give us more than what we lost, not less or equal. And play alongside us, maybe in disguise. That way we can see your true colors as a human, not a support. And that way we will have a greater respect for you.
*We applies to the majority of haypi, not necissarily myself or others. I already respect some of the support

How many free iPods, iPhones, and/or iPads have the developers of another game rewarded their consumer community with?

Why do you that?
The truth?
The developers of this game have maintained its playability for well over two years now. They have created a model of mobile gaming that is now widespread and often imitated. Even while having one of the largest consumer populations of any mobile game of its type, the support staff has taken great effort to cater to each and every individual.
More frequently than any other game I've played have the development team actively engaged the community in thoughtful and rewarding contests, from pvp to writing intros to their games.
Even the haypi logo was designed by a player, who was recompensed for their idea.
I have yet to play a game that is developed by those so interested in rewarding the people who patronize them as the developers of this game are.
I challenge you, the reader of this post, to present documented evidence of any game which has recieved as many updates as this one has over the last 24 months. I challenge you to present evidence of any development team who has transplanted so many player suggestions into their game as the developers of this game have.
And I challenge you to find me any game on a mobile device with a community such as the one provided and created by the haypi staff.
Maybe you can, or maybe you can't, but either way, it should be enlightening for you.

Who or what qualifies you to speak for the majority of haypi?

Re: Really?
I play another game. Ok? Would shouting it make it easier for ya? I PLAY ANOTHER GAME. That doesn't mean I don't care about haypi or people in it. It just means my attention is divided.
Now the fact that you believe that I'm so arrogant and full of myself that I think I have the right to speak on behalf of haypi players is wrong. I was putting that in there as a general majority of the people I have spoken with and that reflects their opinions. Not that I am an all powerful ruler who decides I get to control everyone in the game.
And I can finally say I've been playing haypi for two years. Last summer was that mark for me. And I admit- it had changed a whole lot around the time I started. The mines came out a week after I started. So i can say that this game we keep referring to, not using its name due to Rico getting involved, has had about half as many updates in a month than haypi has had in 2 years. Not because it's unstable, but the developers are constantly trying to make things look better and make it easier for people to navigate.
As for pvp- none. You are right about that. Haypi is generous, but they haven't had anymore pvps since 127 merged. A long time ago. Months. Time enough for tons to quit due to what they think of as neglect.
Thanks for reading taem.

Very well put Taem, like always. If only they would read the whole thing instead of picking and choosing what they want to pointlessly argue about.

It's true that games such as Kingdoms at War have copied HK's game style and generally lack the feel of completeness as HK has achieved, however I would completely disagree with you on the suggestions and game updates.
The last major update was alliance wars, which was nearly a year ago. HK really has not changed since it's inception. It has the same units, skills, buildings (tower can't be counted as a real building), and equipment today as it did when the servers first came online. Even with enhancements to gear and warping, it's the same exact unchanging game.
As for suggestions, we can pull up one of the many compiled suggestion threads and read through which ones have been implemented. The implementation list would be extremely short.
Now I'm not trying to bash HK as I did enjoy it for a long while, however it's a very stagnate game. I really do hope Haypi retools HK to bring more dimension so this game can be brought back to life. I'm sure some players still enjoy the game, however for us veterans 2 years of: Send cav army to sleeping/inactive player, hold two turns, move forward, destroy player units gets very boring and repetitive.
As for you comments about the frequency of updates, from my experience, HK is one of the least updated games on my iPhone. The only games I can think of with less updates would be single player games such as Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana (which need no updates).
Re: Really?
haypi should merge with emross wars!
