Caps

For me, people talking in capital letters is really annoying. I really dislike people who do this, just to get attention. It is not recommended to talk in full caps.

Sorry if I was a bit snarky before, but I used to be an op on an IRC chatroom for a game I used to play, and there was one guy who would constantly try to agitate the ops but do so in a manner that never broke any rules. He would literally sit there and come in and *just* toe the line. If there was a max of 2 lines per second, he would spam the room with 1.999 lines per second. If we said no talking in caps, he would make his words 49% caps. Of course, we grew tired of his antics, and would kick and ban him for periods of time, and he would then go to the forums and scream that he was being censored and that he wasn't breaking any rules, and there would be a lot of noise from other types who were butthurt about having been kicked in the past either in chat or on the forums. He was a real pain in the ---.

Yeah i think most people just use caps to get attention or advertise an alliance... really annoying. I think that all ads should be limited to about three lines, not twenty, which is what i see a lot.

Mute them.
