Is there a limit to how far an alliance can upgrade? Individual titles stop at level 20, is it the same for an alliance or is it only as limited as the prestige you have?

The highest level for alliance is lvl 20.

We should mention though...A level 20 alliance requires 19,560,000 pp... In a level 5 alliance that never has a moment of not being downgraded and is instantly refreshed...that's over 3 years to get to level 20

2# list alliance lv and tech of troops ?
I mean ,does the tech/skill rise to as
alliance lv's up ?

I was going to ask if any ally had reached lvl 20.

all alliances have the same techs/skills etc, theres no way to upgrade or improve them
