I'm sure support is very busy tightening up the knots in this game after the update. I've noticed that the more polite you are, the faster they respond. I wouldn't be discouraged by support not responding right away, be persistant but polite.

I have personally seen them give troops back after a bug locked members out of my server. Give them a little time. I know that David in particular is a very busy guy, and he really does care about this game and making it better for all us players. It is hard after investing so much into this game to accept some of the losses that have occurred. Just make sure that you are trying to help and not hinder any related processes.

Well got back to playing Haypi Kingdom like a happy go lucky girl, restarting build up a amount of 8k cata, 15 k inf a good small amount 2 start up again.Well an error on my part i starved 2900 k cata and 13 k inf....So im cool with it,my fault 4 sending to city with no food.Well start building back up again and well darn thing happens. I try to log on in the morning to feed my troops (-67000 crop)and it wouldnt let me log in.I had 4 G internet and could browse internet fine.I tried to restart phone & App but still nothing.Not until the end of day 6:00 P.M. did it finally work.And still waiting for support.................And i can help wondering, why me,,,,,,FML!!!!!!Its such a simple fix but,they just dont reply, why is there no live support (1800 #) u can call.

Do you mean "hassle"?
Hassling iTunes (Apple) will get you absolutely nowhere.
Haypi has an email, an in-game contact form and a mail that leads directly to support in your server.
There are others as well such as private messaging support on the forums.
Please try using one of those procedures before "hassling" a company that can not help you.
