I got a response from suppot telling me to try later.
I have tried quite a few times but I still get a session time out message.
Maybe S133 is finished, I wish I could create a new account on another server, I did not create another acount because its difficult to manage too many games.

Great customer service haypi! Days of complaints and not a single reply let alone an explanation. That's all I needed to hear about your concern for me as a customer. Time to spend my time (and money) elsewhere. Peace out fûckers!

All those coins and time invested into troops, and this is how it's gonna be?

No WR when the server came back online, so if you weren't awake, you got killed.
They should have restored the troops for alliance and personal armies, filled the warehouses, put the server in WR for 24 hours, and given people their money spent on market items they didn't receive while it was crashing.

This is a terrible.
Why would anyone ever buy coins if they can be wasted like that?

The server came back online - no information as to cause. Nothing from support in way of compensation for all those who starved. Truly stellar customer service!!

Why would you feel entitled to anything or have any reason to report Haypi inc to iTunes when they are in no way violating the rules everyone agreed to when they created an account. I suggest everyone read the Terms of Use. They don't even have to help in restoring your troops, but they still do.... People can be quite ungrateful

Thank you for editing my posts again. I simply answered the previous post on what and why someone would contact iTunes and writing a review. It was nothing that hasn't been previously posted in other threads and things that players don't already know.

It's very sad I have to take screenshots if my posts cause of a moderator.
