well haypi support 79 actually just gave us 1 in the beginning Herogal79 but she as you might be able to agree to fal vanished into thin air.In other words resigned without no warning.

You are absolutely correct. Any complaints should be sent to support.
Also herogal79 should be removed or placed as an ex-expert from the expert list for s79. She is nolonger an active expert or player.

Thank you and I understand the situation in S79 (it is, in fact, the server on which I play the most); however, this list is of all players with the title of Expert, whether or not they are currently active.

This next post might be off topic but if u letter support and support hasn't answered at all and i sent several complaints like 4 months ago?
So nothing to say there only that s79 is out of support.

Support reads and takes into account all reports, however they receive so many that they may not be able to respond to each letter individually.

S79 does in fact have a Support staff member. Again, this is not the place for this type of discussion, but I'm sure your concern is appreciated. :)
