Dispatching troops TO a city being attacked.

Can I send troops to my city that is being attacked from another city to protect it from a pending attack?

I have a problem attacker, who keeps hitting me even with the smallest number of troops in my city, which is fair, but I can get him if I can indeed dispatch troops from a different city to my city that is being attacked.

Ya you can dispatch troops to other cities.

Go to city tab -> dispatch -> choose how many units you want dispatched

Even during a pending attack? I know you can't send them out of a city being attacked, but can you send them TO a city awaiting an attack?

You can't send them out of a city under attack? I've never heard that before, so I font know about that :|

You can send troops to a city under attack, but if the attack will land before your troops arrive an extra 10 minutes is added (cuz you can have troops arrive into the city during a battle)

Nick meant 'cuz you CAN'T have troops arrive into the city during a battle'.
Yes, you can dispatch troops to a city that's under attack. Definitely.
The reason 10 minutes is added is because the longest time a battle takes is 20 rounds * 30 seconds per round = 10 minutes.
