Seeming as a shout box won't be coming anytime soon I have set up 2 shout box's.
1 with less lagg - but i've never used it before so if it's bad - just leave a comment saying so

2 with more lagg - from my opinion... I have used it and it works fairly well

(There are admins, I am one, however I don't appear due to mozilla deleting all my cookies so I don't even appear unless i'm on the admin CP)
