Has that always been there? That's the first time I have ever noticed that, anybody know what it is?

I believe it is automated bot for the forums

spider is another name for bot...
i did a little research and apparenly its one of the chinese search engine bots. just like google [bot]

"Spiders" are used by search engines to gather data about a site.
