They are not actually selling coins for a lower price but giving out a coin bonus, it's referred to as coin sale though for no reason :/

If I were you SkyDreamer i'd stop questioning or picking at bits of Haypi grammer, its clear the games text is not written by perfect English speaking persons, im not being critical, its just that you can pick hundreds of mistakes out if needed.
