My main account on S69 got banned..
I have emailed support many times but I havent get any replay yet..

support receives mass amounts of email per day and they only have so much time to deal with it all...
just advice: spamming their mailbox won't help (if it doesn't irritate them in the first place)

Are you using the email registered to the banned Haypi account? If not, use it
