Server time?

Okay. So. I know that no one, not even experts know when there will be a new server, but does anyone know what TIME the servers start at? Is it at midnight? Or is it completely random, like the date?

I believe it is completely random, once the server prior reaches a number of people...

Yes, I think that it's when the server reaches a certain number of people a new one opens. But, in saying that i remember one day that about 6 servers all opened up on the same day (may be the game becomingly hugely popular but I wouldnt know)
