S110 experts

Hi alltgo our experts are really good at there job in s110 I feel that at sometimes of the day there isn't any online as right now in wc all he'll is kicking off and there is noone online to sort it out. A few of us have told people to stop swearing but we just get abuse. Please could support try and resolve the situation. Thanks

We actually have many experts on s110, around 10 I believe. However, only a few are actually active for good amounts of time. If another outbreak like the one you are describing happens again, take ss of the majority of it and send them in to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Also, if there is a trend of when these outbreaks are occurring, I would very much like to know
