You can't chat or add all people

Hi guys, I don't know about you but I wanted to join my best friends alliance but because she was on a different server i couldn't. Some of you migth be thinking "Was she online?" yes she was. That is a little bit dumb. Has anything like this happened to you guys? that is why i posted this topic. I wanted to know about your experience.

If you on different servers it impossible to chat to eachother via world alliance or private chat and you can't join same alliance. You need to be in the same server I'm afraid.
