Hi all! I think support cheated on me! Here is why

I first taught I got hacked by a player but after time I know that I gave my pw out! But 1month later I talked to a support and I did get my trade reports and I saw a player I've never met(jinxster). So it was he that hacked me. So I ask support gently if I could get my items back but no! It's taking too long for me to contact them. That's what they said but i spammed there email but no reply, even Thomas and support58 but they must lie and say I didn't contact them right away! First I've spend 9600coins on my items and now they want me to pay again with the cash I got from my items but I didn't have a rainbow left! So I think support did this to me with purpose!

After you gave your password out did you change your email address too?

firt email then pw! then after 3 days all my stuff was gone

If you gave out your password or email it's your own fault, you MIGHT be able to recover your account if you email kingdomsupport@haypi.com and include evidence that it was your account such as screenshots but you will not be able to recover what you have lost.
