3.0 not installing

3.0 version is sitting there just fully loaded saying installing, want to know what's up and its been doing it for 15 mins

Please tell us what type of device you are on. If you are updating from an Idevice try plugging it into your pc and updating that way.

Updated garminfone droid and now all I get is forced close app unexpectedly stopped is this going to be fixed before my troops starve?
