Servers down?

Hello, I've been hearing of lots of server. Being down from Palringo Messiging and I decided to see if it was true. Sure enough, my two main servers are down- 103, and 112. I'm pretty sure other servers are experiencing problems as well. Support help would be extremely helpful, thank you,

Well 101 is still down. Kinda hard to hate something when you cant even log on to it. Would one of you so called support members do something about it?

Experts can't do anything, they are just puppets. I don't know if support can do anything. But I doubt they can.

I keep sending kingdom support but there's no reply. Are they really working on the issue? If so why don't they shut the server down or just place server maintain?

I purchase of 1600 coins due to upgrade my crops and surprise me coins did not appear in my account.

I hope they will give me a best answer.
