What has Haypi become to?

Hi all! (Fellow Haypi players)

Been playing Haypi long enough and spending $$ and time on the game but the game has indeed get more and more $$-centric. My account was compromised and I wrote to KingdomSupport@Haypi.com for about a month and they have yet to get back to me.

Is this what Haypi is capable of? A one-way communication channel? Forum run by "Experts" who are nominated by Haypi.

My queries:
a) Emails sent to "Kingdomsupport@haypi.com", are they being read by any one or just setup to catch emails? /null
b) Experts, yes, you are being nominated to facilitate the gameplay in-game, but please refrain from replying to this post unless you are able to offer any useful/valuable information.
c) If the forums is going to be replied/managed by Haypi staff, then why would we be wanting to read posts/replies by "Experts".

Can the admin team try to share insights to my above queries?

Thanks!

Re: What has Haypi become to?

Honestly I completely agree that the communication is poor. As I do understand they have many emails and letters to read, but not getting an answer within a month is a bit ridiculous. In no way am I trying to bash the support or anything, but players who aren't experts cannot simply go to pal and talk to a support but have to email kingdomsupport@haypi.com, and most don't even get a response back and I find that frustrating and saddening. If they could come up with a better way to communicate with regular players that would be great and there definitely wouldn't be as many problems and hatred toward haypi staff than there is now, and there would be better understandings..

Agreed. Hiring more staff would greatly improve response time and efficiency

Thats a good sign. But its not the numbers id like to see.

With how much money haypi makes, you think they could hire more than 2/3 people in 6 weeks.

The communication needs major improvement, 2/3 people is only minor improvement

Re: What has Haypi become to?

In every game is unusual to see the staff for the problems of a single player.
The admins only do their work in case of great dangers for servers, like a lot of accounts hacked by one person(like kai,if i'm not wrong),or dangers for themselves.
So they think to solve this problem by nominating experts, that look like great authorities in-game,but they can only mute or ban and nothing else, they can't recover accounts and then they cannot help players who were hacked.
So sometime they are useless or,in the worst cases, inactives(in fact in our s60 we haven't an ACTIVE expert) and then there isn't a good organisation to face the problems which every player can have.
Before saying this,i personally invite the Staff to nominate more active support(and then improving the communication between players and staff) and to give more powers to the experts(in fact i rember that they are paid with 10 coins, which are 1 dollar daily) because i think that a player who spend a lot of money for coins has the right to be helped by the staff in every circumstance
