Help, haypi erased our army!!

I play on server 72
overnight the alliance army that was occupying a mine dissapeared.
All of our thousands of catapults, infantry, archers and cavalery gone for no reason at all.
Yes I checked the Mine war reports, every battle was won (with no losses).. Exept te last where we where defeted by a tiny army... Because ours was deleted.

I would like to hear what you will be doing about this?
