Help needed & would be very much appreciated

A couple of months ago I completed task 35 This task enables you to set up another account which I did and all was OK until I received a message on the new account regarding a username change. If I upgraded my buildings and did a couple of other things then i could login with my new username.
(Since the update message was lost.)

I have a feeling that this was sent as I accidentally used the same password as my main account.

Is there a way of changing the password so that I do not lose everything. I have tried to use the reset password facility on Haypi but this does not work as it just sends the pw to your e-mail.

I have tried asking for help on chat but none of the responses were of any help. I have tried contacting support and a couple of admins on here but no one has responded. I would be very grateful if someone could please let me know how I reset my password.

Go to main building(or general)>management>scroll down to "reset password">login and hit "reset password".

That is the only way to change your password(without assistance from support), and it should work for you. If it doesnt, please email Haypi at kingdomsupport@haypi.com
