What Do I Do Now?

OK, so I've been building an army, and I've gotten to the point where I really cannot support any more troops, about 3 hours in a fully food loaded city, and I have to split my army amongst all my cities to get 48 hours of them hunting.

I've been farming forts, and building cities, and maxing out my production facilities, so what the heck do I do now?

About the only thing that I can figure is to aggressively scout to find locations with troops in them, and then attacking them.

exactly the whole point is to war so start warring and killing everyone else.

also you can keep training troops and killing off troops to forts
