New Update

Ever since I've update to 3.01 every time I select the map it puts my phone into safe mode. I updated to 3.02 and still have the same problem. Is the update compatible with ios 3?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling...

I've done that many times believe me. I've spent a million gold feeding my horsies since I can't farm. So frustrated. Only thing I can think is I have ios 3

Ios 4 also has this problem too (but not everyone)

The problem isn't that you have ios3 if that's what you were thinking

Thanks, if I update to 4, lost my jb apps, had to pay for them again, then still had the same problem with haypi that would be bad. I'm only a few hundred k away from king, guess I just let my troops starve, watch myself lose pres, and quit then

If you contact support (emailing them will most likely not elicit a response) they might be able to help (being honest, I doubt it though.) They'll give your troops back at the very least

They stated the problem was rural area but I live in a city with millions of other people. Said the problem would be fixed with 3.02, both incorrect. It would take days for an email response, then they would ask for ss. I can only send 1 ss at a time and every ss I've sent got no response. Been playing this game for about a year. I'm very disappointed in how it's ending. I lost at the game of haypi lol

Im on an android phone and their is no update that haypi is requesting me download so im locked out of the game. By the way ive already re-installed the app

I believe that only Apple approved the update so far.
