Please kindly tell me how to keep a large amout of troop

I have 20,000 troops , I always sent them hunting for money, but my crop is not enough? I see somebody have over 40,000 troops, how did he made it ?

They have negative crop consumption and they buy crops whenever they are about to run out

Spread your troops out among your cities and make sure you log on before your crop reaches zero.

Typically a good amount of negative crop to run is -20k in each server.... That gives you about 22 hours between logging in to haypi max. Some play negative 40k in each city, that's around 11 hours between logging in. It all depends on how often you play

And some have even more than that and wake up in the middle of the night to feed.

Crazy people who are rich and can buy food for their armies every ten minutes.

You can also upgrade your crops to lv20 and buy crop enhancements to give
Extra crop at the expense of coins.

And don't forget to make use of crop oases (also enhanced by crop enhancement). Theoretically, the higher your level, the more army you can support by gaining more oases. In theory, a lv 20 player with max crops and enhancements, plus 9 lv10 oases can produce upwards of 80k crop per hour in one city. Thats a bit of an advantage, it's like 20k cav in one city with no negative output.that same player could very easily spread around another 20k cav in the rest of their cities WITH NO CROP NEGATIVE.

That means 40k cav with 0 crop loss in any city. Shouldn't be too difficult for that player to feed another 40k cav using money or farms.

Of course, 6 max crop enhanced cities and 9 lv 10 oases are a rare thing indeed.....but then, so are cav armies 80k strong

There are some crazy players in haypi world.
I've seen in server 27 some with over 200k cavs and 100k cats. It make a crop consuption of 1.8 mill per hour at all. With 8 cities, it make a negative production of 225k per city. They have to feed their army a bit less than every 2 hours..
They farm people all the day and are buying tons of crop..
