where are my coins?

i purchase some coins 10 dollars worth not on paypal or itunes off google services and i have not receive them.i will give it time to process it but if i dont get them in a day ima be mad.

I've now seen 2 posts where you've gone on a rant in forums. Try emailing kingdomsupport@haypi.com using this formatting:

Also allow time for things before you complain. If your coins don't show up within a few hours, i assure you haypi will do their best to fix it.

you can either send an inquiry to kingdomsupport@haypi.com or to your server support directly. Please include the required info listed as below:

Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, email address registered to your android account, copy and paste the Google Check out to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase) also please don't forget to tell us your account name and server no.
We'll check and get back to you soon after receiving all the required info.
