Not able to purchase coins during sale due to bug

Version 3.0.4 broke the Andriod marketplace, and I reported that to customer service and that I wanted to purchase coins with the bonus, but that I wasn't going to send paypal money to their hotmail account, and email them with confirnation and pray they do it, like they suggested I do last time. I asked if they would extend the sale because of their error several times, and not once did they respond to that. Today's update fixed the bug and I emailed them again asking if they will honor the sale price, and still no response. If they don't I will be quitting the game when my enhancements and vip run out and will never purchase again, but I'm hoping there are others out there that were affected by this along with me, and will ask for your extension too. Sign here and message customer service for just what's fair.

Here's what's fair....haypi doesn't owe you anything more than what you pay for....they are not obliged in any way to offer you discounts on their products and services.

Seems to me they gave you a viable solution to your problem and you opted not to take them up on their offer.

Sucks that you missed their sale but it could be worse. About 10 minutes before they announced their new years coin sale, I bought a $99 coin package. How do you think I felt about that? But I sure didn't complain seeing as how I willingly bought the coins. It's not their fault I bought them right before they announced the sale.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but c'mon! Where do you get off saying that? It's like I always sing to my students when they moan...."you can't always get what you want"

The coins haypi were giving out as 30% extra are just that. Extra coins.

I find it funny you are going to quit the game soon because you didnt get the EXTRA coins that haypi was offering.

As taem said, sometimes you buy coins earlier and dont get the sale, or you cant buy coins during the sale and you miss it. So what? You remind me of those people on the app store who give a free app a 1 star rating simply because they paid $2 for it last week, the app itself didnt change, just the price, and they willingly put in $2 for it. They are just mad that others didnt have to pay $2.

Sorry you missed out on the coin sale, but you really dont need to quit the game simply because you didnt get extra coins in your purchase

You don't have principles? They offered a deal, I tried to keep up my part of the bargain, they didn't keep up theirs and that's just fine by you? Sorry but I think that's a strong indicator of how reliable they are. I currently pay to play 3 games, this one by far the most. I pay because I believe in a product and want it to stay out there. And the one's with free downloads I do those too because that's their bread and butter. But if this company doesn't honor it's agreements, I wouldn't enjoy playing it anymore, and would much rather support some other company.

This company ran a sale from a certain period of time to another period of time, and they told you about it in a mail.

To me, extending the sale would mean they didn't keep their word. They had the sale for the time they specified and you missed it, sounds like you they kept their end of the deal

How did they keep their end of deal? They changed their product right before the sale that made it impossible for them to give me bonus coins or ant coins at all I could only make a fake purchase they had disabled marketplace somehow. They didn't make it possible until this morning when marketplace was reenabled.

Just so you know, it was your choice to upgrade. You should realize you need to ask others how the upgrade went, I had that problem with 3.00 to 3.01, I lost all functionability of my map and my army went from 100000/35000/70000/12000 to basically nothing. I didn't even mail support because technically it was "my" fault for upgrading

No, I'm American. This product is free and you willingly pay for it. If you don't like it then leave. That's basically all I'm trying to tell you. You weren't "forced" to buy coins or hold up any sort of "deal" with haypi.

You couldn't buy coins and now you are all pissy and are threatening to quit... Maybe you should just quit already or get over it, like I've learned to do

Seriously though this is like me going to a supermarket and saying "you know that buy one get one free offer you had yesterday... Yeah erm I was at work so couldn't take advantage of it can I have it today"
This would never happen and it's the same. You have a set time to buy the coins you didn't so you don't get the extra... Simple as that.
