Coins to Money

What is the most effective way to get game money from Coins. I can buy it directly or buy an item then sell it on the market. What item would be the best return on investment to turn around and sell on the market. Something that would give a good return and would turn quickly.

It depends on your server's market. Do the equation: (money to be made) / (coins to be spent) for items that look promising, and the highest value will give you the most money for your coins. Make sure the value is over 2000 though, as you cam simply buy money directly with coins, 2000 apiece.

While what Arythy said was true and to the point, I am inclined to implore you not to spend coin for money.

If there is one quality that predestines you for success in this game, I should say it is patience.

Use the market to sell resources and you will be grateful, later on, for saving those coins.

In my humble opinion, the only time it is beneficial to use coin to get money is when a server is brand new. You will know a brand new server by it's exorbitantly high market prices...in the range of 00.25-1.75.

If your server has market prices like this, it can be very prudent to buy a bunch of resources with coin, and then sell those resources on the market for inflated prices. This will assuredly net you much, much more than the $2000/coin benchmark.

Although I'd never buy for 2000 money a coin.... If you need money and resources are low, find a treasure that is super high price or non existant in the market. Scepters and medals usually are good in medium aged servers, nuggets and gems in new servers, and crowns in old servers.

Say you bought a scepter for 80 coins, and you were able to sell it for 400000. That means you get 360,000 money, or approximately 4.5k money per coin. This is much better than paying for straight up money, where the rate is at 2k money per coin

Yes I have been selling resouces. It seems easier to sell crop for coins and Im working on increasing my yeild to sell more. I was thinking of converting some coins to money so I can increase my Planting Crop Output in the Technology Center to sell more on the market.

My advice....continue what you're doing: farm, sell, save, farm, sell, save....

If you're raising crop tech so high, I would hope you've already upgraded shooting, marching and scout?

Yes but not as much as crop...

Upgrade scout/shoot/march before you keep upgrading crop tech...

Those are some ofthe most important techs to get to lvl 10 quickly

I agree with arythy but remember haypi takes like 5% of the money you earn so calculate that too

5%? i thought it was 10% you sell an item for 10000 you get 9000
