Over zealous 'experts'

Am I the only one who is sick and tired of so called 'experts' coming into world chat when they see one swear word, however when someone comes in spouting off completely inappropriate comments, they're nowhere to be seen?

Also why do some 'experts' feel the need to gloat about a warning or a mute they have just done, and act all fizzy lifting drink about it! I mean seriously, a position of power should be earnt, not just handed!

I will use last nights server crash as a prime example. When I finally managed to get back on I entered wc only to fine 2 experts to start with, and 4 very rapid mutes, to extremely unhappy customers, instead of them being a little understanding about everyone's position on what had happened. I was trying to put my point of view across and was greeted with 4 different 'experts' trying to fob me off with different responses! One of which being 'I've heard enough about this matter, if you have an issue take it outside wc' how very professional and a good way of dealing with your customers!

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced experts that act in the manner described above. Experts should always be respectful and understanding to players. Mutes are a last resort and experts are not to gloat when muting. Experts are there for the players and should always provide help with any game problem that players are experiencing.
