Well now that i have gained your attention with that eye catching title let me explain what i wanted to say.

When you are scouted by anyone a small eagle flies across your screen. If you see it a lot, its cuz your being scouted a lot lol.

When you dont see the eagle have a friend scout you and the eagle will start flying again.

Sorry, but I tried this myself and it is false. The eagle flies back and forth at random intervals. I had players scout me and no eagle appeared even when no eagles were flying at the time. I scouted someone else under the same conditions and they said no eagles appeared either. So I'm afraid that this may be false info.

lol, yea I tried and tested it myself cause someone on WC asked and no its pretty random, but be funny if was true though. I had mentioned once be cool if when you starved your windmill would stop, be nice lil secret touches... maybe next update.
