Real merger experiences please

I have questions for those who have been through a merger already since I have not.

What have you experienced? I've read lots of comments regarding the impact to server and player, but no details, and no one saying that is true or that's not true.

- Will oases be scarce? Will we have to fight for them every day? Sometimes?

- Fort numbers?

- Are all those accounts at zero civilization with no usernames going to disappear?

- Will fair play rules be out the window? Do people get farmed a lot more often?

- Can players go solo and can they still have fun without an alliance?

- Do people in alliances find new alliances they like better? Did a lot of alliances lose members to other alliances for other reasons?

- Did all the alliances disband and try to form super-alliances BEFORE the merger for fear of total chaos coming?

- 1 to 2 months POST-merger: Did alliances who used to be in the top 5 on their servers still end up at least in the top 10 in the new merged server? Did a lot of formerly top alliances fail?

- Does the merger make it easier, harder, or the same for non-coiners?

- Any tips on preparations for the player and for the alliance? I would also like a 2nd person to support or repudiate such advice.

Thank you guys/gals!

It's pretty much the same tor new servers players. The first weeks it Will be hard, but then everything will calm down. About Alliances: the whole system has changed so it's difficult TO be at the top alone.
There are a lot of new alliamces and it's likely you will find new nice alliances. On musica server there have some big alliances, but note enough to rule the server.

Yeah in the beginning it's all out war for oasis. I suggest moving cities out in the middle of no where where no one bothers you unless you like to be farmed almost daily lol. I didn't like my first merge but maybe I'll like my next I don't know. It's is just really crowded and a new experience, it's different for everbody.

FORTS AND OASIS ARE USUALlY IN GOOD NUMBERS!!!! :)

- Fort numbers?

- Are all those accounts at zero civilization with no usernames going to disappear? They will all be moved to a new server

- Will fair play rules be out the window? Do people get farmed a lot more often? It hasnt happend to me...yet! War almost broke out first day though!

- Can players go solo and can they still have fun without an alliance? I was solo for 2 month before merge. its boring

- Do people in alliances find new alliances they like better? Did a lot of alliances lose members to other alliances for other reasons? My alliance is still ranked #1

- Did all the alliances disband and try to form super-alliances BEFORE the merger for fear of total chaos coming? We had 3 alliances. One fell apart.

- 1 to 2 months POST-merger: Did alliances who used to be in the top 5 on their servers still end up at least in the top 10 in the new merged server? Did a lot of formerly top alliances fail? Our top 3 alliances are in top 5. (1,2,5)

- Does the merger make it easier, harder, or the same for non-coiners? Easier i suppose since there are more actively playing people set closer

- Any tips on preparations for the player and for the alliance? I would also like a 2nd person to support or repudiate such advice.MAX ENHANCE, dont be annoying to others as they will farm you, take a mine ASAP, And have fun!

Yeah just make sure that you dont talk big when the 24 hour war refuse is going on. Usually most of the wars begin during the 24 hour war refuse just because everyone is really anxious to get playing.

If you use coins to warp attack then you will gain millions of prestige in the first week. Alot of people tell horror stories, but really its alot of fun, and its not that bad.
