Haypi kingdom money problem

Dear Haypi Admins,
I have posted this new topic for people like me who have randomely lost sums of money on haypi kingdom, on the night of 9/17/11, I had 55-60k money to my name, when I awoke the next morning, I only had 4k I did not buy anything nor were I attacked. Not trying to sound greedy but may I please get my money back?!?!

what server were you on? more than likely, you need to contact your ingame support. go to help tab, click support, and send them a message. tell them your problem, and when it happened, so they can check records.

also, take screen shots of it, and send it to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, along with a brief description of the event. include your server number and server name in the email description
