Vice chat tab

I think there needs to be a vice chat option and vice letter option. Everytime I need to speak to vices only we have to leave Haypi and go into our Palringo account. I'd rather not leave the game for this as this seems like an easy fix.

i really like this idea, and it has been suggested a lot. i hope we see this implemented in 4.x
