Lost Account

Does anyone know if you can recover the account that you created when you got to lvl 10?

I created mine but never logged onto it and don't remember the name or password.

I have asked in game support but never got a reply

For name: Look at your letters. When you make a new acct you get a letter with your username.

For Password. Go to General/Main building -> Kingdom management -> reset password -> forgot password, then put in your email. You'll get a email leting you reset your password.


Also, you can try sending a pm to support1 or support9 on the forums.

If all that fails Kingdomsupport@haypi.com may work.

I don't have the letter anymore I made the account a few months ago
It would have been nice if it had been emailed to my registered email lol
