Arrogant? Ignorant? Or Both?
I have no idea how much time, effort or money I’ve personally spent on Haypi over the years, but its a lot for sure. On every count. I know a lot of people who have. Plus of course the hundreds and hundreds of people who I don't know, that have. You’d think that “Support” would show just a little bit of interest in their customers. However their reply to my very long and very sad emails were their stock “we are sorry for your inconvenience” ones. When they eventually sent one at all that is. The same I get no matter what I write. No matter what the problem. Script Kiddy. Missing Troops. Server merge. You name it.
I’m interested to know what you have written to “support” about and what sort of inane, arrogant or completely disinterested replies you might have gotten from them?
I could never condone those that hack servers and accounts, spam WC to ruin the fun of others. However, over the last few days of trying to get through to the infinitely inscrutable heads of the faceless, useless support that I have encountered, I almost, almost can see why someone would want to vent their spleen on the unmovable blob that is “support”.
