Complaints about support's lack of response
Does anyone notice a pattern here?
Threads posted about support's continual lack of response to ingame messages or email are locked almost immediately. A shame they can't respond to our issues in the same speedy manner.
Threads about unfair bans are also locked just as fast.
Why do they want to keep us quiet about these issues rather than openly discussing them?
I have sent multiple emails, ingame messages and pal messages to support about unfair account and chat bans of members of my alliance, with virtually no response. Any response I have had have been trite verging on the sarcastic.
Support, how about you start treating your players as your paying customers rather than as the nuisance you seem to think we are? Your no care attitude is killing this game.
