Falsely accused and banned

Apparently in Haypi today any person from any group can mail support or post in the forum and you will get banned based purely on accusation. Where has the support and gameplay gone that everything has fallen to rainbow we have to be afraid of people's lies? Well if that's the case that means I can just open up and forum and openly accuse anyone without proof?!? Might as well ban everyone. Your game is dying for that very reason, and if you're banning on unproven accusations it deserves to die! Your support is crap anyway. Falsely accused players should get the chance to see why they are being banned and should have a right to prove their innocence. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? The only guilty people here are the accusing parties. Anyone I dislike I can merely accuse of wrongdoing and poof don't have to deal with them anymore. It's a shame to say that Haypi has become a disgrace. Use the money we spend on your product to monitor things yourself and you'd realize over half these people deserve their accounts back.

Support would not ban a player without A. seeing the player do things that would be banned for. Or B. Getting real SS of the player doing things that would be banned for.

Support only bans with proof. And the fact that you were caught by the filter makes it easy to see that support was likey very right in baning you.

Where is your proof of this happening?

If this didn't happen to you, I suggest talking with your "source" of this information because he is probably raging about being banned because he broke the rules, got reported, and deserved a ban and is striving for more attention by telling people this.

With all due respect to Link and yourself...I have to disagree. I have been banned recently and, without going into a long drawn out post about it, can with 100% certainty say they have banned atleast once without reason. Well, without true reason. I have had 3 posts (all polite) locked or deleted about this so I won't go into detail...but more than willing to share with anyone in PM if interested.

Point being...no system is perfect, there are flaws, and bans without justifiable reason do happen. Maybe I'm the only one? Maybe there are hundreds? Who knows except Haypi and those involved.
