coins from Sony carf not coming

Was supposed 2 get 330 coins within 24 hrs after sucessfully aplying 4 and getting instant approval 4 Sony card. 3 days later no coins and support won't answer me why? I tried contacting support thtough the app and through email, no response. I contacted about a soldier return issue and they were prompt in answering.
Is there a better way to get thier attention?
