Account banned?!?

Apparently my "login error 3" is due to a ban...so for the past 5 days I have been trying to figure out why and what I supposedly did wrong...with no luck. None of my emails have gotten a response, and I have had 2 posts here deleted about it. Is there any way to get into a chat with support? Or any other address besides support@haypikingdom.com? Or any other way?

I've done nothing wrong and only want to get my account opened up and playable again.

In case support sees this...my account is Icehouse, server 76. My wifes account (that she plays on her phone) is Prawn101, server 76, was banned apparently also.

sounds like an ip ban, maybe? idk what type.

Theres a whole bunch. Haypi doesnt ban for "no reason".. Good chances you were using it. .-._.
