support not answering

Why won't support answer my letters about lost troops during the server crash?? They didn't even send out a letter to us server 122 players!!! Do they not care about Haypi kingdom players anymore?? I would love to know what's going on!!!

i cant even get a response to my in game letters or email

Didn't see the topic about the breakdown that support posted on here when i posted this topic. But would still like to know when or if they will replace our lost troops!!

Support can take up to 72 hours to respond. Be patient they have a server worth of people to deal with

Been waiting weeks. A server worth? maybe should higher more customer support people

Guys please try to be patient with support. As Harry2.0 said, they do have an entire server worth of people to deal with and if there are any residual issues they have to deal with, it might take a little bit longer for them to respond.

Also remember, if you are kind to support, they will be kind to you. It will make everyone's life much, much easier, as I am sure this breakdown gave support a massive headache.
