Explain (How did you lose it, things like that).

If this is what I think then you can just restart haypi and go to my account, then log in, then put in the name and password of your old acct.

Best bet is to email support tell them who u are what your email is and provide as much evidence as you can . If sufficient they will help u as I too was locked out of my acc once email- kingdomsupport@hotmail.com

best course of action

if u lost password, go to the start up page, go to account, then click forgot password. once there, type the username and the password will be sent to the email recipient
