server down?

Is it just me or is my server down, 60x?

I CAN access my accounts on different servers as usual on an iPod running firmware 4.2.1 and Haypi version 3.06.

I CAN NOT access them on an iPhone 4 6.0.1 w/ Haypi version 3.11.

I receive the following message "Communications delayed. Please check your network connection and try again."

I've tried the iPhone using the same wifi signal, then tried turning off wifi setting and using the 3g with the same error message. Connection is fine, because the iPod works perfect. What is going on?

I get the connection message for haypi/gree (s500) but the regular haypi works fine.

I cant log into s119 as well

Support and communication is sorely lacking in haypi. I cannot login to any server on any device, including an android v4.1 or an ipad v6.x. I sent an email to support and haven't even gotten a reply saying "we're looking into it." We spend money to build and keep alive our troops and the people collecting that money are non-responsive. Ridiculous.

Same here. All 7 servers i have access to, all devices, wifi and 4g all not reaching the game

yea, I have the same problem.. wifi, mobile data.. 3 devices, none can access S93... please advice?

Makes you feel real valued as a customer doesn't it! No communication of any kind. I have an outstanding coin purchase that I have not received credit for in 8 days and now this outage. We all need to get hobbies or something, LOL.

I'm having same problem. Can't log in to accts on my iPhone but yet my friend can log into my accts. what's the problem? Can anyone give me an answer?and a way to fix problem?

I doubt there will be an explanation or an apology.
