I still haven't gotten a reply and am still muted, and I relettered support last week, can some forum moderator unmute me.

Don't think Forum mods can remove your in game chat ban... Also, if you're chat banned, perhaps it was for a reason? Perhaps you have 0 right to ask for a removal of said ban? Just a thought... Rarely seen a chat ban that wasn't warranted, and if you haven't had it removed yet, you obviously deserve it.

Hi there, a mute usually lasts for 5/48hours. However if you've severely violated chat rules in game, you may be chatbanned or permanent chatbanned.
