Error! I didn't recieve the 1st or 2nd Gift

Dear Support!

I didn't receive 1st or 2nd gift. I came to know from fellow senior players that I was supposed to receive a nugget at the start of my Haypi Career.

I would like you to check my claims and if possible as per your rules please fix it. Thanks!

These gift boxes were, from what I've seen, a limited time thing. You probably just registered too late to get a gift box.

Because, One of my real life friend whom I referred to the game, received it tomorrow but not me.

Happens to me aswell! when make new accounts or enter PvP
never get any yet others who join pvp do.. not sure in the sense of how \
the beginner boxes work, info could be nice, (could be some i havnt looked)
