Supoort (at least in s128)

Guys, support it is not down, but it is very busy, So the more important the issue is, the faster.you will get reaply. You can still letter them, but try to avoid that if it is not important. If you have screen shots, and you want to report to them, send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.come plz. If you have any question, letter any expert from the server (s128=OnTheRock & ZiggyHigg) or ask me. If you are from another server, do the same thing, and letter your experts.

I got all my letters reply, that proves that support is not down.

Accept it boy, support sucks, and ot is very weird when they reply. This game is gpong down, and it is loosing the new players because of spamming. The few players that Re playing are the same people from the other serves, they just act like noobs. Open your eyes for a sec, support does not cares about haypi anymore.

I would have to agree. Support is spending more time on their newer games and possibly more of them.

Haypi Kingdom support is basically 3 people right now for all the servers. I really have no problem with any support staff, I just wish more resources(hehe) would be dedicated to the game that put Haypi Co. on the map. More support staff for HK. More updates. More content. More dimension to a game that hasn't seen new content for almost 2 years.
