so im starting a cav army, and im level 4 with 25 attack, 25 defence, 25 speed, and 20 fortune. i also plan to hunt with alot of infantry and cavs, so what attributes should i still put points into? i heard when you get to a high level attack is worthless, so im thinking i messed up by putting 5 points into it. also i got attack to level 2 with technologies, did i mess up by doing that too? also, how good is fortune for hunts and attacks?
Re: did i mess up?
1. Welcome to the game!
2. If you have a cavalry army, the most important skill for you is SPEED. Speed not only makes you travel to your destination faster, players with faster speeds get first hit when battling one another.
3. Technology is more important than your treasures. Each treasure point gives you a .5% stat increase. Each technology level gives you a 2% stat increase. That means that each technology level does double what a sword, armor, or horse treasure can do.
4. Attack is best for catapults and turrets. Speed is more important for cavalry, and after speed Defense.
5. Fortune lets you get lucky doubles. That means you might have a chance of doing double damage. It also helps you get those whopping hunts once in a while. I'd say Fortune isn't as important unless you are someone who rarely fights other players and just likes to do hunts.

Re: did i mess up?
ah, i like to farm people while i have 2 groups hunting. so since i accidentially put 5 into attack, would that have a big effect on my cav army since i dont have the 5 points to put into defence/speed? also, what are is the max amount of attribute points you get by the time you're level 20? like if you never put any attribute points in and saved them until you were max level, how many would you have? how about skill points? and also, what are the max levels of attribute you can only get by only putting points into them? (without equipment bonuses)
Re: did i mess up?
Check the attribute points chart here: http://www.haypi.com/kingdom/general.htm
Every attribute does have a cap. I believe 220 (100+120) is the top. Those 5 points only make a 2.5% difference in your stats, like I said earlier.

Re: did i mess up?
so it dosent really matter that i put 5 into attack right
Re: did i mess up?
alright so i did some calculations, and it looks like by the time you're level 20 you should have 220 attribute points to spend, 215 from levelling up, and 5 from a beginner quest. can someone confirm this?
Re: did i mess up?
This is true. 220 attribute points to spend in any way you see fit.
Putting 5 points into something other than speed won't kill you. You'll probably end up spending 20 coins to reset them at some point anyway. In the future, though, put everything into speed. It's pretty much the deciding factor in battle. Attack can be beneficial. It just depends on the army you're using, which will likely change at some point.
Cav armies only get good once you've got 100+xxx speed. Try cats early game. Cats and inf. There's some decent power from the cats, and the inf will carry more resources then cav when you compare crop consumption to overload(carry capacity).
