"SUPPORT" on S120 - Yoyo
Whoever gave us Yoyo, on server 120 and what ever other servers, please reverse this. We have had bad support in the past but this is the worst it has been in a long while.
You have long time players ready to quit over this "support" team member, myself included.
I personally have lost countless troops to system glitches, and have been told that this is due to refreshing. Because When I pull my hunting troops home the system recognises that I should not have the crop that I am being shown (and by my own calculations should have) is incorrect. So the system recalculates, therefore starves me.
Solution offered to me: fill your crops before you pull your hunts!
This isn't acceptable.
I'm talking, first time was 40k crop, second time about the same, third time was 100k crop, and the one about a week ago 200k crop. Just vanishes and I lose so many troops that my city is in positive production again.
Now.. I've starved troops before, as any one of us that have been around a long time, and I know the difference from my personal whoopsy, and something not being right.
On top of this if we DO happen to be lucky enough to receive troops... They get put on while we are offline and typically re-starve because it is taking 48 or more hours for anything we send through to be actioned!
This is probably a bit of a ramble but I can't be bothered proof reading.
I know there are others on my server experiencing issues and I will let them speak for themselves.
Please listen to us, not only is our server LONG overdue for a merge, we have no active experts, and by the looks of things THAT isn't going to change, as I know there have been enquiries to this, but to top it all off... We get support that is... Slow to respond... Sarcastic when they DO respond, and don't seem to have a single care to the outcome of our questions.
