Is v3.20 up and running?

I installed the chinese version of HK off the app store and it has all the implementation as 3.20 described. With the updated gift box lvl 1 having ten 15 min speed up cards, 1 day vip card and 1 day resource enhance card. Why has the other language app has the full version, while the western are all crippled applications?

Agree, how do we know it new version fully implemented? Don't see any difference with daily gift at all
