server question

my firend wants to play this game with me together, he's in america, could he join my server(server 8) . how does players being classified to server?? and wat kind of player are classified in which server??

If your friend refers you when he signs up, the chances of him being put in your server are extremely high.

More servers open as less room is available in existing ones. They aren't reserved for player types, just availability.
