Does your army slow down the bigger it gets?

I could be long, but I could have swore this fort Ive been farming would usually take less than 10 mins to get to and this time it took me 27 mins I have about twice as many cats as I did the last time I attacked it though....

Typing this made me lose 10 cats!

If someone is attacking a fort/oasis/city, there is a ten minute minimum wait between the attacks, to allow for the previous battle's 20 turns.

If someone is attacking the same location as you wish to attack, it takes 10 extra minutes for you to get there. If you attack the same spot 2 times before the first attack gets there, the same thing happens. Cats also slow your army down by about 3 times.
