Support, I have a follow up to one of Adina's questions if you don't mind responding. When you say that we will be "rewarded with another account on the newest server" do you mean simply that we will be put in the latest server that has opened (which is also open to brand new players to the game who are creating their very first account)?
If this is the case (and it sounds like it is), I would just like to make a couple suggestions. As this additional account is a "reward" account to players who have been around for a while and remained active, first I would like to agree with Adina and say that I think it would be better offered to players who have attained a higher level than 10. Level 10 is fairly easy to get to in only a short amount of time. If the purpose of this reward is to reward long-term players (as well as keep new players around to entice them to eventually get this reward), then it would seem more reasonable to set this reward for players who have attained around level 15.
Secondly, I would recommend creating a new server that is set aside for only these top players instead of simply adding them to the last server created. A few reasons for this:
1) It seems more likely that players who complete the task of getting to level 15 (or whatever level is finally decided) will be more active which would be appealing to high level players as they could all play in a very active server.
2) It also seems a little unfair to brand new players who find themselves in a server that just got significantly bombarded with experienced players.
3) By having a separate server set aside for this reward, it would provide greater incentive for lower level players to attain a high enough level to be allowed into this server. If the reward simply puts you in the newest server and not a special one, then there is less incentive as players all the time find ways to create new accounts to get put into the newest servers (going to the apple store, creating one off a friends device, etc). The point is, it doesn't feel like much of a reward if you can accomplish the same thing in a different way (and much faster way).
4) I also think that by putting only the recipients of the reward in a designated server, it will cause those players to be more likely to return to their other servers as well, instead of just abandoning those accounts, as some are concerned they will do. The reason I think this is by having an all-experienced server, it will likely create a different type of game play than servers that are mixed. As such, it will be more enticing to jump back and forth between both accounts as they provide different experiences. For example, it would make me more likely to return to my original account as I enjoy helping low level new players who are just starting out in the game and there wouldn't be any such players on this "designated high-level" server since everyone is already very familiar with the game.
In summary, as it seems that this is certain to be an update soon, I would just like to see it as a reward that is greatly sought after with many incentives to stay an active player and reach a high level. I hope a few of my suggestions above would help this new task reach that goal.
